On May 25, 2018, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a Road Rage incident in the 10900 block of West FM 1960. Upon arriving the complainant stated that a male driver attempted to run her off of the road and caused her to hit a curb.

Constable Deputies gathered the suspect’s description and vehicle information and were able to identify the suspect as Stephen Patrick Ward.  Deputies located Ward at his residence and it was discovered that he had an open felony warrant for Improper Visual Recording and Violation of a Protective Order.

“Stephen Patrick Ward was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on warrants for Improper Visual Recording and Violation of a Protective Order. His total bond is set $25,000.00 out of the 230th District Court and County Court 007.” –Constable Mark Herman
