On May 27, 2018, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle in the 5800 block of the Sam Houston Toll Road. The driver failed to stop, leading Constable Deputies on a brief chase. The vehicle came to a stop at the intersection of Trade Wind Drive and Trail Valley Way and four suspects exited the vehicle and fled on foot.

Constable Deputies set a perimeter and were able to detain one passenger identified as Deshawn Worthy. The investigation into identifying the remaining three suspects continues.  

“Deshawn Worthy was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Trespass in a Motor Vehicle. His bond is set at $500.00 out of the County Criminal Court 11.”                                                  –Constable Mark Herman
