n May 23, 2018, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's office
conducted a traffic stop, in the 19600 block of Cypresswood Drive. The driver
was identified as Alexis Cervantes. During the course of the traffic stop, the
Constable Deputy located 6.33 ounces of marijuana and other possible narcotics
inside the vehicle. The narcotics were seized and sent for testing to the
Medical Examiner’s Office with possible additional charges coming after further
investigation.
Alexis Cervantes was arrested and booked into the Harris
County Jail, charged with Possession of Marijuana. He received no bond out of
the 232nd District Court.” –
