 On 02-13-2018 at 2:30 P.M. Officers made contact with Tracey Stone (59 YOA male) in the 900 block of Martin Luther King Blvd. due to Stone having an outstanding parole violation warrant. Stone was placed under arrest for the warrant. 

 
 On 02-13-2018 at 11:32 A.M. Officers made contact with a complainant in the police department lobby in regards to an identity theft complaint. Officers were told that a known suspect had used the complainant’s social security number for employment purposes. The investigation is ongoing. 

 
 On 02-13-2018 at 4:22 P.M. Officers responded to a fraud complaint in the 1000 block of SE 23rd. Officers were told that an unknown suspect had been using the complainant’s banking information to conduct online transactions. The investigation is ongoing. 

 
 On 02-13-2018 at 7:33 P.M. Officers responded to the 500 block of E Washington in regards to an unknown suspect attempting to lure a child into a vehicle . Officers were told that an unknown, older white male in a white 4 door passenger car stopped near where the child was and attempted to talk the child into the vehicle. The child ran away and police were later notified. The investigation is ongoing.   

 
Paris Police responded to 95 calls for service and arrested 6 persons over the past 24 hours ending at 6:00 A.M. on February 14, 2018.
