Capital Murder Investigation – 2900 Falls Drive

Victim: Whaylon Jessie Howard Jr.

On November 1, 2018, at approximately 2:00 p.m., Dallas police were flagged down regarding a shooting victim inside a residence located in the 2900 block of Falls Drive. Officers discovered, a Black male 43-years-old(see photo), deceased inside the location from an apparent gunshot wound.  A second shooting victim, a B/F/27, was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
