On September 18, 2017, a Deputy with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 24900 block of the Tomball Parkway. The driver refused to stop and fled, leading the deputy on a brief chase. Constable Deputies were able to stop the vehicle and identified the driver as Edward Prudencio. During the investigation, deputies discovered Prudencio was also Driving While Intoxicated.

“Edward Prudencio was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Evading Motor Vehicle. His case is awaiting court assignment and bond amount at this time.” -Constable Mark Herman
