On February 16, 2018, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office responded to 2311 Kylie Court in Spring, concerning a 911 call that came in stating a woman had been shot. Upon arrival, a 28 year old identified Jessica Leos was found deceased. Her husband, Rafael Leos, 32 year old was arrested and taken into custody for murder.

Detectives with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded and are continuing the investigation.
