On February 16, 2018, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office responded to 2311 Kylie Court in Spring, concerning a 911 call that came in stating a woman had been shot.  Upon arrival, a 28 year old identified Jessica Leos was found deceased.  Her husband, Rafael Leos, 32 year old was arrested and taken into custody for murder. 

Detectives with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded and are continuing the investigation.

If people would just play out what happens 2-3 days after you do what you would want to do in a heated angry moment, maybe, just maybe, they wouldn't do it. By the picture above, I'd say he is regretting his actions right now, but guess what, too late! Serve your time killer.
