On March 22, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office were dispatched to the intersection of FM 2920 and Kuykendahl Road in reference to a possible crash. The female caller advised she was no loner at the location and walked home to her residence located in the 20700 block of Springlight Lane.

Upon deputies arriving, they located the female caller in her garage. They attempted to speak to her but she walked into her residence and yelled out several times that she had a shotgun and was not afraid to use it on them.

Constable Deputies were able to convince her to come outside and speak to them. She was identified as Andrea Willis.

"Andrea Willis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Terroristic Threat to a Public Servant. Her bond and court information have not been set at this time." -Constable Mark Herman
