On March 03, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 4800 block of Cochran Street in reference to a male causing a disturbance. Upon deputies arriving, they located the suspect and gave him verbal commands to leave the business.

Constable Deputies attempted to escort the suspect out of the premises when he became combative and pushed one of the deputies and refused to leave. The suspect then spit onto the deputies several times. After a brief struggle, deputies were able to detain and identify the suspect as Jonathan Ortiz.

"Jonathan Ortiz was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Harassment of a Public Servant.

His bond was set at $5,000.00 out of the 230th District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
