Three people are dead after reports of a shooting at a Pearland home, police said.

Police responded to a call around 10:15 p.m. Wednesday out of the Shadow Creek Ranch subdivision. When officers arrived, they found three bodies inside the home near the intersection of Creek Run and Castlewind. Metro Video initially reported the incident.

As of 9 a.m., police were still bringing out brown paper bags of  evidence from the two-story brick home, which was blocked off by yellow tape. Two cars sat in the driveway.
