On January 20, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 11900 block of Brantley Haven Drive in reference to a suspicious person.
Upon deputies arriving, they quickly located the suspicious male who was identified as Lee Evans.  
During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Lee Evans had an open felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance and is currently on probation for another drug related charge.
Lee Evans was found to be in possession of Marijuana.
“Lee Evans was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of Marijuana and the open felony warrant.
His bond was set at $500.00 out of County Court 04 for the Possession of  Marijuana and he received No Bond out of the 178th District Court for the open felony warrant."                                         - Constable Mark Herman
