Paris Police responded to a fraud call in the 3200 block of NE Loop 286 at 7:32 A.M. on January 15, 219. It was learned that there were people in a room that had used fraudulent information to make payment for the room. Officers made contact with the occupants and the female identified herself by giving a false name. It was learned that the subject was 32 year old Oralia Palomino, of Paris. Palomino was arrested on a Dallas County felony warrant charging her with frauduntly using or possessing identifying information. Due to this investigation, she was also charged with frauduntly using or possessing fraudulent information along with fail to identify as a fugitive and possession of a controlled substance. Palomino was later transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
 
A white Ford Ranger pick-up was reported stolen from the 2600 block of N Main St at 8:53 A.M. on January 15, 2019. It was reported that the vehicle was last seen at about 4:30 P.M. on January 14, 2019. The victim reported that a possible known person had left in the vehicle without the victim’s authority. The investigation continues.
 
Christopher Joe Lassetter, 39, of Paris, was arrested in the 10 block of W Cherry St at 5:38 P.M. on January 15, 2019. Lassetter had an outstanding felony probation violation warrant. Lassetter is on probation for driving while intoxicated – 3rd or more. Lassetter was later transferred to the Lamar ounty Jail.
 
Paris Police responded to 86 calls for service and arrested 13 persons on January 15, 2019.
