On January 4, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 2200 block of Altman Trail in reference to six suspicious males wearing all black and white masks walking around the neighborhood. Upon deputies arriving, they located and detained the suspects who were in a driveway near a vehicle with the driver door open. The suspects were identified as Keimon Starks, Raquan Williams, Kobe Lee and three juvenile males.    Constable Deputies made contact with the homeowner who advised he did not know the suspects. It was discovered that the suspects made entry into the homeowner's vehicle and stole items. All stolen items were recovered and returned to the owner.    Further investigation revealed Kobe Lee was in possession of a loaded firearm reported stolen two days prior from the same neighborhood.    "Keimon Starks, Raquan Williams, Kobe Lee were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Keimon Starks and Raquan Williams were charged with Burglary of a Motor vehicle and received a $2,000.00 bond out of County Court 8. Kobe Lee was charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon and received a total bond of $3,000.00 out of County Court 8. The three juveniles were arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center, charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle." -Constable Mark Herman
