Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents arrest an illegal alien previously convicted in Austin, Texas for MURDER.

In the early morning hours of November 11, 2018 agents apprehended an individual at the 31-mile marker who was associated to an incident where he had absconded the prior day from Border Patrol.

Record checks indicated that the individual was a Mexican national with no legal right to be in the United States.

It was also discovered that he had a previous conviction in Austin, Texas on June 30, 2009, for the CRIME OF MURDER. He was sentenced to confinement for 11 years and was deported on October 5, 2018 through the Laredo, Texas port of entry.

Thankfully Laredo Sector Border Patrol Agents apprehended him on November 11, 2018 after illegally re-entering the United States.

There are to many cases, as such -- He is convicted, than returns?!!?!! Good grief!!! Send him to one of the Mexican jails --- I hear they are not a pleasure to be in. Let them take care of his "sorry self".
