On October 19, 2018, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 10900 block of Mist Lane in reference to a disturbance.  Upon deputies arriving, they located a distraught male running around the property yelling and being aggressive. 

 

As Constable Deputies attempted to speak with the suspect, he struck a deputy in the face with a closed fist. A deputy deployed his Taser and the suspect was quickly apprehended and identified as Mikael Soto.

 

“Mikael Riley Soto was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Assault of a Public Servant. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 184th District Court.” –Constable Mark Herman
