A San Antonio police officer was arrested early Monday after he choked his wife at a home in West Bexar County, according to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office.

Officer Michael Sepanski, 25, is accused of using his forearm to block his wife's airway around midnight in the 2100 block of Atlas Bend and then fleeing the home.
