On April 15, 2018, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 10100 block of Louetta Road in reference to a major vehicle crash.  When deputies arrived they were advised by witnesses that a vehicle ran a red light and struck another vehicle causing serious bodily injury to the driver.

 

Constable Deputies detained the suspect driver who was identified as Easton Hohensee. Hobensee displayed several signs of intoxication and Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered. The investigation revealed that Hohensee was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

 

“Hohensee was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Intoxication Assault with a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $5,000.00 out of the 230th District Court.”                                                         - Constable Mark Herman
