On April 14, 2018, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 11100 block of Huffmeister Road in reference to a female struck by a vehicle. Upon deputies arriving, they quickly located and detained the suspect, Ryan Miller, who was attempting to flee the location on foot.

 

Witnesses advised that Miller was causing a disturbance and was asked to leave the location. Miller then got into his vehicle and ran over a female, injuring her. After striking the female, he then crashed into a parked vehicle. The female will make a full recovery from her injuries.

 

“Ryan Miller was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Fail to Stop and Render Aid. His bond was set at $2,500.00 out of the 338th District Court.”– Constable Mark Herman
