On February 15, 2018, a deputy with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office initiated a traffic stop on two motorcycles traveling at a high rate of speed in the 6600 block of Will Clayton Parkway. One suspect stopped and complied while the second suspect accelerated and fled from Constable Deputies. After a brief chase, the suspect was stopped and identified as Ricardo Cabrera. During the investigation, deputies located a loaded handgun located affixed to the gas tank of the motorcycle.

 

“Ricardo Cabrera was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. His bond is set at $2,000.00 out of County Court 14.”                                                          Constable Mark Herman
