On February 13, 2018 deputies with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop of a motorcycle in the 11800 block of Northpointe Blvd.  The driver failed to stop and fled at a high rate of speed.  Constable Deputies observed the motorcycle crash and the driver throw a backpack into the backyard of a residence nearby.  The driver was detained and identified as Dennis Allen Cole.  The backpack was recovered and was found to contain marijuana, methamphetamines, Xanax tablets, and a laptop that had previously been reported stolen.  

“Dennis Allen Cole was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading with a Motor Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $25,000.00 in the 230th District Court.” - Constable Mark Herman
