Driver Jailed For Leading Constable Deputies On Car Chase
Houston

On November 11, 2017, a deputy with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office observed a vehicle traveling over the speed limit in the 21000 block of Mason Road. The Constable Deputy initiated a traffic stop but the driver failed to stop, leading deputies on a pursuit.  The driver, identified as Felix Murphy II abandoned the vehicle during the pursuit and fled on foot before being located and detained by a Precinct 4 canine.

 

“Felix Murphy II was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading in a Motor Vehicle. His bond is set at $10,000.00 out of the 230th District Court.” – Constable Mark Herman
