A 62-year-old woman working in a northwest Harris County spa was arrested under the new sexually oriented business regulations after offering services to an undercover deputy in the nude.

After the new regulations went into effect, a regulatory compliance inspection was conducted at Moon Spa located in the 5100 West block of FM 1960.

An undercover officer entered the business, requested and was offered massage services for a fee.
