March 19, 2014

On Wednesday March 19th the Galveston County Sheriff’s warrant division arrested Theodore Clay who gives a home address of 1905 Ave D Dickinson, Texas. Mr Clay was wanted by the Sheriff’s office for AGG Assualt w/Deadly Weapon. His bond was set at $250,000.00 dollars.

The alleged incident occurred on March 1, 2014. The complainant stated he was walking down the street on 2 separate occasions when Mr. Clay ,who was operating a motor vehicle intenionally swearved his car  at the complainant trying to hit him.

Deputies from the warrant division have  been searching for Mr. Clay since that incident. On Wednesday at approximetly 2:00 pm Mr Clay was located at an address in Friendswood, Texas.

The warrant division assisted by the United States Marshals and Friendswood Police Dept participated in the arrest.
 
During this incident a W/F juvenile who was reported as a runaway since February 21, 2014 was also located in the home. She was taken into custody by Friendswood Police Dept.
