Weekly Media Summary & “BLOTTER” Review

 

District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

 

A 24 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 3:30pm, November 4, and taken to jail from a residence on Koalstad Road, by Deputy A. Booher, for a capias pro-fine warrant.

A 36 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 10:50am, November 5, and taken to jail from a residence on Oak Forest Drive, by Deputy M. Yow, for a Driving While Intoxicated 3rd warrant, a possession of a controlled substance warrant and a theft warrant, all out of Montgomery County.

On November 5, Deputy J. Henson was sent to a residence on South Leeshore Drive, in reference to an assault. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her boyfriend got into an argument that turned violent. The female was spit on, pushed, and kicked by the male. The 28 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:38pm and taken to jail.

On November 6, Deputy S. Degner was notified of an assault call at a residence on FM 1314. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised he had been assaulted by his girlfriend. The male had a cut over one eye and a contusion on his forehead. The 18 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 11:33pm and taken to jail.

A 20 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 9:45pm, November 7, and taken to jail from the Criminal Justice Complex lobby, in Conroe, by Deputy Z. Winford, for a surety warrant on the charge of harboring a runaway.

Deputy R. Stein was sent to a disturbance on FM 1484 on November 7.  The Deputy located a 25 year old intoxicated male from Conroe, arrested him at 10:42pm, and took him to jail.

A 27 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 10:05am, November 9, and taken to jail from the 15000 block of Plaster Circle, by Sgt. J. Guion, for eight misdemeanor warrants.

A 38 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:48pm, November 9, and taken to jail from a location on East Powell near Willwood, by Deputy W. Rollins, for three misdemeanor warrants.

On November 10, Deputy L. Slatter arrested an intoxicated male at 2:03am, for driving while intoxicated, at the intersection of FM 3083 and FM 1484, and transported him to jail. The Deputy was assisting another officer.

A 24 year old male from Willis was arrested at 3:23am, November 10, and taken to jail from the 12700 block of Interstate 45 by, Deputy J. Henson, for two misdemeanor warrants.

 

 

 

District 2 – Lt. Bill Bucks (South County)

 

On 10-29-13 at approximately 2130, Deputy Logan was dispatched to the 11200 block of Hillview Drive, in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon his arrival, the Deputy met with the complainant who advised that he and a male were in an argument, when the male became verbally abusive and shoved him several times. The 19 year old male was taken into custody for assault and was transported to jail.

On 11-3-13 at approximately 0300, Deputy Burnett was dispatched to the 25000 block of Interstate 45 North, in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, the Deputy discovered that a 28 year old male was causing a disturbance.  The male was located, it was determined he was intoxicated, and taken into custody for public intoxication.

On 11-3-13 at approximately 0540, Deputy Fruge and Deputy Burnett were dispatched to the 25000 block of Interstate 45 North, in reference to an intoxicated person. Upon their arrival, the Deputies came in contact with a 26 year old female. The female was determined to be intoxicated and taken into custody for public intoxication.

On 11-3-13 at approximately 0640, Deputy Gratz was dispatched to the area of the Interstate 45 North service road and FM 1488, in reference to a welfare check. Upon his arrival, the Deputy made contact with a 47 year old male who was asleep in his truck with two flat tires. The subject was determined to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for public intoxication.

On 11-3-13 at approximately 2030, Deputy Logan was dispatched to the 24600 block of Interstate 45 North, in reference to an attempt to locate a vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle, which was driving on two flat tires, and initiated a traffic stop. The 29 year old female driver was determined to be intoxicated and arrested for driving while intoxicated.

On 11-3-13 at approximately 2334, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the 500 block of Sawdust Road, in reference to a disturbance. Upon his arrival, the Deputy met with complainants who advised that a 36 year old female was belligerent with the staff and others at the location. The female was determined to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for public intoxication. She was then transported to jail without further incident.

On 11-4-13 at approximately 0952, Deputy Christensen was dispatched to the area of Interstate 45 and Hope Road, in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upon her arrival, the Deputy made contact with a 46 year old male driver. A run through dispatch showed the subject had an open warrant with Montgomery County. The subject was taken into custody for a driving while license invalid warrant and transported to jail.

On 11-5-13 at approximately 1409, Deputy Sibille and Deputy Flynn were dispatched to the 400 block of Hendricks Forest Drive, in reference to theft. Upon their arrival, the Deputes met with the complainant who advised he observed a subject take two drills from his garage and drive off with them. The Deputies located the suspect vehicle and came in contact with a 21 year old male and an 18 year old female. After an investigation, the two subjects were taken into custody for theft.

On 11-6-13 at approximately 1000, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to the 8400 block of State Highway 242, in reference to a burglary. Upon his arrival, the Deputy came in contact with a 27 year old male. A run through dispatch showed the subject had three active warrants out of Montgomery County. The subject was arrested for the warrants and transported to jail.

On 11-6-13 at approximately 1819, Deputy Burnett was dispatched to the 25500 block of Brookhaven, in reference to a disturbance. The Deputy came in contact with a 23 year old male who was determined to be intoxicated. The subject was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to jail.

On 11-7-13 at approximately 0036, Deputy Logan was dispatched to the 25000 block of Interstate 45 North, in reference to a motor vehicle accident with injuries. During his investigation, the Deputy came in contact with a 27 year old male who left the scene of the accident. The Deputy was advised that the occupants in the other vehicle were being transported to a local hospital with injuries. After an investigation, the subject was determined to be intoxicated and taken into custody for driving while intoxicated and for accident involving injury.

On 11-7-13 at approximately 0115, Deputy Gratz was dispatched to the 29000 block of Atherstone Street, in reference to a disturbance. Upon his arrival, the Deputy observed several subjects in the front of the residence arguing. All subjects were run through dispatch and a 50 year old female was discovered to have an open and active warrant. The subject was taken into custody for a public intoxication warrant and transported to jail.

On 11-7-13 at approximately 1819, Deputy Logan was dispatched to the 100 block of Sawdust Road, in reference to a motor vehicle accident. The Deputy met with the complainant who advised she and a 40 year old male were involved in a minor motor vehicle accident.  During his investigation, the Deputy made contact with the male and determined him to be intoxicated. The male was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

On 11-8-13 at approximately 0853, Deputy Christensen was dispatched to the 10200 block of Stone Gate Drive, in reference to an assault. Upon her arrival, the Deputy met with the complainant who advised that she had an argument with a male who assaulted her.  A 23 year old male was taken into custody for assault and transported to jail without further incident.

On 11-8-13 at approximately 2203, Deputy Allen was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Sawdust Road and Grogans Mill Road. During his investigation, the Deputy came in contact with a 58 year old male driver. The subject was determined to be intoxicated and taken into custody for driving while intoxicated 2nd.

On 11-9-13 at approximately 1045, Deputy Burnett was dispatched to the 25500 block of Budde Road, in reference to a disturbance past. Upon his arrival, the Deputy met with the complainant, a security guard, who advised that she was talking to a client about a disturbance, when the actors took off striking her with a vehicle. During the investigation, the Deputy made contact with the 28 year old male driver.  After an investigation, the male was taken into custody for aggravated assault.

 

 

District 3 – Lt. Joe Senn (East County)

 

On 11/06/2013, Deputy Holden was dispatched to a New Caney residence for a disturbance. Upon his arrival, he discovered that a 43 year male old had assaulted his girlfriend during an argument, while driving in a vehicle together. When she exited, the male attempted to strike her with the open door of the vehicle. The male was arrested for assault.

On 11/06/2013, Deputy Azwell was dispatched to a Porter residence for a trespasser. The Deputy located the 19 year old male actor, who had taken some belongings from the homeowner’s house. As the deputy was checking the male’s bag for any stolen property, the Deputy located syringes and a glass smoking pipe containing methamphetamines. He was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance.

On 11/09/2013, Senior Sergeant Sumrall stopped a vehicle in Porter for making an unsafe lane change.  The driver, a 26 year old male was found to be intoxicated and in possession of marijuana. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.

On 11/09/2013, Deputy P. Smith was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart for a theft. He learned that a 30 year old female had stolen several items from the store and exited the garden center. She ran from security when confronted.  She was apprehended by the deputy in the parking lot and arrested.

 

 

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

 

On November 11th, Deputy Sharman observed a vehicle traveling east bound on Butera Road, with no tail lights.  The Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Silver Spur and Stagecoach Road and made contact with the 24 year old male driver.  It was discovered that the driver had a firearm in the center console of the vehicle.  The Deputy had dispatch run the firearm for stolen.  The firearm came back as reported stolen through the Houston Police Department.  The driver was taken into custody for felony possession of stolen property.

 

On November 11th, Deputy Veith was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow Subdivision, in reference to a criminal trespass.  Upon her arrival, the Deputy met with the complainant who advised that a 30 year old female was on his property causing problems and there was an active criminal trespass warning on her for his property.  After an investigation, the female was taken into custody for criminal trespass.

 

On November 9th, Deputy Sharman observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the Woodtrace Subdivision.  As the Deputy approached the vehicle, he detected a strong distinct odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle.  The two occupants of the vehicle, an 18 and a 20 year old male, advised there was marijuana in the vehicle and they had been smoking some of it.  Both subjects were taken into custody for possession of marijuana.

 

On November 9th, Deputy Peterson and St. John were dispatched to the Kipling Oaks Subdivision, in reference to an assault.   While in route, the Deputies intercepted the 47 year old male suspect, at the intersection of FM 249 and Coe Road.  While investigating, a bag of marijuana fell out the suspect’s pocket, which the suspect admitted was his.  After an investigation, it was discovered that the male had assaulted two individuals, at the original scene. The suspect was charged with possession of marijuana and assault.

 

On November 8th, Deputy Mittag received information that a 36 year old male subject with a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance was at a residence located on Scotty Road, in Magnolia.  The Subject was located at the residence and taken into custody for the warrant.

 

On November 7th, Deputy Thomas and Mittag responded to a suspicious person call, in the area of the Hazy Hollow subdivision. The Deputies located the suspect.  During an investigation, a glass pipe and two small zip bags containing methamphetamine were discovered on the suspect.  The subject was taken into custody for felony possession of a controlled substance.

 

On November 6th, Deputy Provenzano observed a maroon sports utility vehicle fail to come to a stop at Price Lane and Baltzell.  A traffic stop was conducted and the Deputy made contact with the 22 year old male driver.  The driver was shown to have an active warrant out of Harris County for possession of marijuana.  The Deputy placed him into custody for the warrant.

 

On November 6th, Deputy Thomas conducted a traffic stop in the 37000 block of FM 1774.  The Deputy made contact with the driver and a 33 year old female in the passenger seat.  After an investigation, the Deputy discovered methamphetamine inside the passenger’s purse and placed her into custody for felony possession of a controlled substance.

 

On November 5th, Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the 27000 block of Creek Drive, in reference to a disturbance in progress.  Upon arrival, the Deputy made contact with a 24 year old male. The male was discovered to have an active felony warrant out of Galveston County for theft of services ($1500 - $20,000) and a misdemeanor warrant out of Montgomery County.  The subject was taken into custody for the warrants.

 

On November 5th, Deputy Brummett was dispatched to the 29000 block of Pacific Avenue, in reference to a disturbance.  Upon arrival, the Deputy made contact with the people on scene and determined there were no threats or acts of violence.  All subjects were run through dispatch and a 28 year old female was discovered to have an active warrant for a violation of a protective order.  The subject was taken into custody for the warrant.

 

 

 

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch   (Northwest County)

 

On 10/31/13, Deputy Ashmore responded to the 10700 block of Doe Hill Drive, in reference to an assault. Upon his arrival and investigation, a 45 year old male was arrested for interference with an emergency call and assault.

On 11/03/13, Deputies Jones and Fluellen responded to the 13300 block of FM 2854, in reference to assisting another agency. Upon their arrival and investigation, a 54 year old male was found to have an active warrant for theft of wire.

On 11/04/13, Sergeant Kader was investigating a threat in the Lake Conroe Village Subdivision. During his investigating, he located the male involved in the threat, at the Whataburger, on Highway 105 West, where he arrested the individual on an outstanding assault warrant.

On 11/09/13, Deputy Thompson responded to the 15000 block of Walden Road, in reference to a male who walked out in front of a vehicle. The male was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for public intoxication.

Five other individuals were arrested in the District 5 area, which cleared 9 warrants.

 

 

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

 

On November 1, a 46 year old female was arrested after Deputy Olsen responded to a shoplifter in custody call.  The suspect gave the deputy multiple names and dates of birth and was subsequently arrested for theft and failure to identify.  An additional charge of fraudulent use of identification was added.  The suspect was found to have a birth certificate, several drivers licenses and credit cards with names other than her own, in her possession.   The suspect was also booked on two outstanding warrants out of Montgomery and Liberty Counties.

On November 9, Deputy Hilado responded to a suspicious person call at 7575 Gosling Road.  The suspect, a 22 year old male, was located and found to be intoxicated.  The suspect was taken into custody, transported to the Montgomery County Jail, and charged with public intoxication.

On November 9, Deputy Jackson was dispatched to the area of College Park Drive and Interstate 45, in reference to a reckless driver.  The vehicle was located in the Wal-Mart parking lot, driving erratically, and almost striking several vehicles.  Deputy Jackson made contact with the driver, a 33 year old male, who was discovered to have a suspended license.  The suspect was also found to be in possession of several white pills, identified as Soma.  Charges were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office for possession of miscellaneous substances. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On November 10, Deputy Eisenmenger was flagged down by a parking attendant regarding a crash that had just occurred.  Deputy Eisenmenger made contact with the driver of the vehicle that had struck two unoccupied vehicles.  The suspect, a 28 year old male, exhibited several signs of intoxication, and after an investigation, was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated.

On November 12, Deputy Rawley was assisting Deputy Martin with a vehicle displaying stolen license plates.  Deputy Rawley made contact with the passenger, a 31 year old female, who was very evasive in answering questions.  During the course of the investigation, the female was discovered to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe and a baggie containing a crystal substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine.  The suspect was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance and an outstanding warrant from Galveston County.
