Comments:
I was fortunate to work with Rufus from '87-'89 at OCCU and Rufus was a great guy, a true credit to LE, he will be greatly missed but never forgotten, he and Willie Bird must be makin' up for lost time, God bless "Roof" and his family.

I worked with Rufus for many years. He was a truly colorful guy with a big heart. There was never a lack of "Rufiano" stories to be told.

He served his country and his county in a most professional manner. He will be missed.

God Bless you Rufus..

Rufus was one of the first people I met on the OCCU in 1983. He was a class act. Rest in peace, my friend.

I just learned the sad news of Rufus' passing.

I, too, worked many years with Rufus at the OCCU (later, CID) and had such a special relationship with him. Rufus stories came with me to NC, where I live now, and they still get big laughs. He will live on in the hearts of many.

Rest in peace, Rufie.

Diane (or as Rufus called me, Diane-y)
