Marshall Dillon Meaders, 20
This citizen of Bacliff, Texas, driving drunk, crashed the stolen car he was driving into a deputy sheriff's patrol car then took off, later abandoning the car and fleeing on foot.  Guess where deputies caught up with him?  Sitting up in a tree drinking a beer.  He was Busted and Cuffed and deputies threw the book at him.  Charges include Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Evading Arrest, Aggravated Assault with a Motor Vehicle, Driving While Intoxicated and Causing an Accident resulting in Injury.  The deputy suffered minor injuries.  Deputies found him when a beer can fell from the tree they were searching under. They gave him a break and didn't charge him with littering. And his name is "Marshall Dillon".

Cooter Brown would be more appropriate.
