Alfred Stewart - Trip to the slammer for slamming boyfriend
Feb 15, 2013

GALVESTON - Thursday Galveston police were dispatched to the UTMB Emergency Room to investigate an assault that had occurred at 3116 Ave S.
At the hospital they spoke with William Shuttleworth, who advised that his boyfriend, Alfred Stewart, had assaulted him. He said his boyfriend became upset when he fell asleep while watching a movie and hit him several times in the head with his fist.

Shuttleworth was then driven to the hospital by Stewart for treatment of a laceration above his eye. He said he did not remember what had happened during the assault.

Stewart was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury - Family Violence and booked into jail under a $25,000 bond.

In the words of Karen Walker: "Gays are a hoot.".

Fags ,police should have beat them .

All y'all got out of that was queer and gay. Can't you just label them White Trash... or would that hit too close to home???

Sounds like these comments are a little bashing to me, didn't realized the Galveston Police New condoned that kind of harassment.

They have problems just like heterosexual couples do. As law enforcement is concerned, there sexual preference is of no concern. Assault is assault.

Regardless of one's stance on homosexuality saying the police should have beat them was definitely over the top. On the story, the perp actually drove him to the hospital? That usually doesn't happen that often, it is usually they run away.
