The Williamson County Sheriff's Office said deputies found $200,000 worth of cocaine stored on two car batteries after making a traffic stop today on Interstate 35 north of Georgetown.
Amado Tijerina, 49, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Tijerina was driving a 2007 Chevrolet pickup on I-35 when a deputy stopped him about 1 p.m. for traveling in a passing lane and impeding traffic trying to go around him, according to a press release from the sheriff's office.
