 On 05-10-2018 at 9:27 A.M. Officers responded to a warrant arrest at the parole office. Officers made contact with Emmanuel Munoz (23 YOA male) who was found to have an outstanding parole violation warrant. Munoz was placed under arrest. 

 
 On 05-10-2018 at 2:43 P.M. Officers made contact with Camilia Sugg (34 YOA female) as a result of a traffic stop in the 900 block of Graham. Sugg was placed under arrest for two misdemeanor charges and was transported to the municipal jail. Sugg was then found to be in possession of approximately ½ gram of methamphetamine and was then charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility.

 
 On 05-11-2018 at 12:11 A.M. Officers responded to the area of NW 13th and W Houston in regards to an assault complaint. It was reported that Timothy Sims (43 YOA male) had assaulted one person by punching them and another person by hitting that person with a stick. Officers made contact with Sims and he was placed under arrest for aggravated assault and two misdemeanor charges. (no photo was available for Sims)

 
 On 05-10-2018 at 4:33 P.M. Officers responded to a burglary of a vehicle complaint which was said to have occurred in the 1400 block of Clarksville. It was reported that an unknown suspect had entered the complainant’s vehicle on an earlier date and took a .22 caliber handgun. The investigation is ongoing. 

 
Paris Police responded to 73 calls for service and arrested 8 persons over the past 24 hours ending at 6:00 A.M. on May 11, 2018
