Judge Mark Henry
February 20, 2018
By Carl Wilson

A criminal complaint is being filed today with Galveston County District Attorney Jack Roady against county judge Mark Henry regarding campaign contributions and how the money has been dispersed and some other allegations.

I spoke to the individual who filed the complaint and asked for a copy of it for all the details

I believe a copy of the complaint has been or is being delivered to GDN (Galveston Daily News) but the person felt GDN had more Galveston County coverage than TPN does and would not furnish a copy for The Police News.

When asked to confirm the complaint D.A. Roady replied, "Any complaints filed with my office by political candidates is forwarded to the Texas Attorney General".

Roady declined to speak any further on the subject.

Comments:
Well, well. Our old pal Markie makes the news again because of his shenanigans. Remember: taking state money to use eminent domain against Gilchrist property owners (Rollover Pass). Selling used contaminated jet fuel for military aircraft which caused flameouts and near fatalities (Ohio). Various businesses which were sold or disposed of after not paying taxes (Texas, etc.). Disputes over car repairs (Mustang). Personnel onflicts and lawsuits (Quiroga, Cox). And what could he be spending the $12,000.00 car allowance on (Galveston County budget 2013)? Oh, must have been the concealed handgun courses for county employees at $100 dollars a head.
