Humble, TX-

In the wake of the devastation of Hurricane Harvey and the vast impact it had on our community, there has been a large amount of misinformation distributed regarding the rights of landlords and tenants. As a response to the needs of our community, a free Landlord Tenant Rights Seminar will be held by Judge Laryssa Korduba, Justice of the Peace Precinct 4, Place 2, this Friday, September 8, 2017 at 10a.m. in the JP 4-2 Courthouse located at 7900 Will Clayton Parkway, Humble, TX 77338. This seminar is free and open to the public, and is put on jointly with the Houston Apartment Association.

Topics to be discussed include:
•    What are your rights?
•    Texas Law on Partially vs. Totally Unusable Units
•    Lease Termination following a Natural Disaster
