With Fathers Day approaching some of your favorite and most notable dads collaborated on a video creating a funny spin on fatherhood. Dressed like a group of military special operatives the team of dads receives orders from former Seattle Seahawk and TV personality Jordan Babineaux. From there you see the group is on a special mission to safely deliver  “The Package.”Down Range Baby Presents "The Package" Down Range Baby Presents "The Package"


In transport the team is involved in an ambush shooting. In the drivers seat Steve Miggs of KISW , the passenger seat former Seattle Seahawks Player Joe Tafoya and the back seat Grammy award winning Xola Malik also known as Kid Sensation are part of a tactical team protecting this special package you eventually discover is a “Baby” and this team of dads are simply trying to get the baby to daycare on time. 


With heroic efforts the video makes fun of daily dad duties and how challenging they can often be. Comparing parenting to the expertise of a highly advanced special operations unit and ultimately making the point, every dad is a hero!


The footage is laced with cool trucks, firearms and athletes. Also its is important to note, the baby who starred in the footage was not present during any scenes which required shooting. Joe Tafoya is swaddling a scarf made to look like the baby. 



Retired Police Officer, Jeff Shepard is the founder of Seattle based “Down Range Baby” His Company specializes in manufacturing tactical baby bags with a slogan Battle Proof Baby Bags “DURABLE ENOUGH TO GO TO WAR”. Partnered with Tactical Tailor a 90,000 ft facility who manufactures primarily for the US Military located in Lakewood near the fourth largest military base in the country Fort Lewis Mc Cord. With so many customers who are in law enforcement or military positions the bags biggest feature is “Bottles to Bullets” as the American Made constructed bag can later be used as a “Go Bag” for professional tactical gear used by military and first responders. 


The group of friends who are active dads, thought it would be fun to show how challenging being a dad is and recognize so many dads who are playing active roles on a daily basis in their families. “Jokingly saying sometimes being a dad is like going to war.”


Jeff is currently medically retired police officer and former fire fighter and now focusing all of his efforts on his baby bag company Down Range Baby and supporting nonprofit organizations who support people living with PTSD. He has created a ride June 24th with to bring awareness to National PTSD day June 27th.
