Details:

On April 15th 2017, deputies from Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s office responded to a reported theft call at the Target Store located at 19511 North Freeway. Upon arrival, Target loss Prevention personnel reported that a white female identified as Susan Elizabeth Bull, had entered the store and walked to the purse section where she was observed picking up a purse and removing the tags.

 

Bull then walked to the lingerie department and picked up several pairs of underwear and placed them into the purse. She then made several more stops grabbing an assortment of items and concealing them inside of the purse. Bull then proceeded to the store exit and walked out without paying for the items. Target Loss Prevention personnel stopped Bull in the parking lot and escorted her back to their office where they found over $200.00 worth of stolen property in her possession.

 

“Upon a search of Susan Bull’s belongings pursuant to the arrest, deputies found several syringe’s containing assorted narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Bull was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County jail on charges of Possession of Synthetic Narcotics and Theft. Bull has since been released and is awaiting trial.” – Precinct 4 Constable, Mark Herman
