Details:

On March 7, 2017, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office was dispatched to the 23300 block of Cimber Lane in North Harris County in reference to an Aggravated Robbery.  The complainant reported that while walking with his bicycle, a gray vehicle pulled up and 4 males exited.  One of the males pulled a handgun from his pocket, pointed it at the complainant’s head and demanded his phone, money and his shoes. The complainant provided the deputy with a description of the suspect, including detailed descriptions of the suspect’s tattoos.  With this information, deputies began their investigation and were able to locate the suspect’s residence.

“The suspect, identified as Onill Shinn, was found to be at the residence and the weapon used in the crime was also recovered. Shinn was arrested, charged with Aggravated Robbery and booked into the Harris County jail. His bond was set at No bond out of the 2069th District Court.” – Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman

How stupid can one be? In the case of Onill, it goes beyond the boundaries of ignorance to the 3rd power.
