Surveillance Video, Photos of Suspects Wanted in Robbery at 7000 North Freeway

Houston police robbery investigators have released surveillance video and photos of two suspects wanted in a robbery of a business at 7000 North Freeway service road about 12:50 p.m. on May 24.

The suspects are described only as black males.  One was armed with a semiautomatic pistol.  He is about 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs about 170 pounds, was wearing a black T-shirt and has several tattoos on his face.  The second suspect is about 5 feet 11 inches tall, 170 pounds and has long braids, a mustache and goatee.  The suspect was wearing a black T-shirt and Chicago Bulls cap.

Surveillance video of the suspects is posted on the HPD YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLpjcjj9Iw0. Surveillance photos of the suspects are attached to this news release.

The two suspects entered the EZ Money Loan Services at the above address.  The suspect in the Bulls cap walked to the counter and asked about getting a loan.  As the employee retrieved the loan paperwork, the other suspect pulled a gun, jumped the counter, pointed the gun at the employee and demanded money.  The suspects stole money from a safe and the employee's cell phone.  Both suspects then fled on foot.

Anyone with information in this case is urged to contact the HPD Robbery Division at 713-308-0700 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
