The Fort Worth Police Department has challenged the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Fort Worth for a third year to a friendly competition that will help our aging citizens receive free personal hygiene products. Collectively we will, not only help the individual needs of so many, but it is our aim that we also enhance and improve the broad range of support that currently exists today.

On Friday, June 6, 2014 the Honorable Judge Whitley  and Chief Jeffrey Halstead will attend the announcement, along with our partners and sponsors of the Senior Toiletry Challenge, as the Fort Worth Police Department announces the winner.

WHEN: On Friday, June 6, 2014 we will meet at The Vantage @ Cityview located at 6301 Overton Ridge Blvd  at 9:30am.

WHAT: We asked members of the communities to provide at least one, but as much as they could gather, to either the police department or to a business that is a member of BOMA Fort Worth. The items donated include: Toilet paper, toothpaste, baby wipes, razors, soap, shampoo and conditioner (including travel size), lotion, cleansers, deodorant, q-tips and shaving cream.

WHERE: The Vantage @ Cityview located at 6301 Overton Ridge blvd.

WHO WILL BENEFIT: The donated items will be distributed to various non-profit organizations within the City of Fort Worth.

The Fort Worth Police Department welcomes our media partners and if you would like to get footage of the donated items being off loaded by the Police Department please come by The Vantage @ Cityview  at 8:00am on Friday, June 6, 2014.
