AUSTIN - The reward for Jose Angel Cabral, 58, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive has increased to $20,000 for information leading to his capture if the tip comes in during the month of March. The Barrio Azteca gang member has an extensive criminal history and is currently wanted for parole violation and burglary. Texas Crime Stoppers tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.

Cabral has been wanted since 2009 and has 21 aliases. He has family in San Elizario, El Paso and Dell City. His criminal history from Texas and California includes robbery, burglary, grand theft auto, resisting arrest, escape and drug charges.

Cabral is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 173 pounds. He has tattoos on his abdomen, chest, right arm and back, and a scar on his left wrist. For more information on Cabral, view his wanted bulletin at: http://www.dps.texas.gov/Texas10MostWanted/fugitiveDetails.aspx?id=156

One offender from the Texas 10 Most Wanted Program is featured each month in hopes the higher reward money from the Governor's Criminal Justice Division will generate additional tips. The higher reward amount will only be paid if the tip comes in the same month the fugitive is featured. All calls, texts, e-mails and Facebook tip messages are anonymous.

Anyone with information can provide anonymous tips in four different ways:

Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
Text the letters DPS-followed by your tip-to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cell phone.
Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about, and then clicking on the link under their picture.
Submit a Facebook tip at http://www.facebook.com/texas10mostwanted by clicking the "SUBMIT A TIP" link (under the "About" section).

The following link, http://bit.ly/VqydsJ, explains the steps on how to submit a tip regarding a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive or Sex Offender and/or how to receive a reward once the fugitive is captured.

Texas Crime Stoppers, which is funded by the Governor's Criminal Justice Division, offers cash rewards to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of one of the Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives or sex offenders (http://www.dps.texas.gov/texas10mostwanted/).

Do not attempt to apprehend these fugitives; they are considered armed and dangerous.
