Crime Stoppers and investigators with the Houston Independent School District Police Department are searching for the man responsible for trespassing on an area campus, and harassing a female student in a sexual manner.  The same man was reported soliciting a sexual encounter with a minor student nearby campus.

On February 4, 2013, at approximately 12:45 pm, the Hispanic man entered the high school in the 1700 block of Dumble in Houston.  Upon entry, he approached a girl and asked for directions to the campus' front office.  As the girl escorted him to the office, he grabbed her by the waist and began to kiss her mouth and neck.  The student struggled and was able to force him away.

He then pinned her to a wall, and made a second sexual advance at the student.  She was once again able to struggle away, and flee for safety.  Upon notification, school officials and police immediately put the campus into a "lock down," however the attacker had already fled the campus.

The man made a second appearance on February 6, 2013, when he made advances toward a minor girl on her way to school.  At approximately 7:30 am, the girl was walking to the same school when she noticed a man following her.  She reported the man crossed the street in the 5400 block of Jefferson and gestured toward a vacant house stating, "Hey girl, you want to go with me."  She immediately reported the incident to authorities on campus, and identified the man as the same man from the previous incident.

The attacker is Hispanic, 5'5"-5'6" tall, weighing about 200 pounds, with elaborate and distinguishing tattoos around his neck and shoulders.

Anyone with information about this man should call Crime Stoppers, (713) 222-TIPS (8477) for a cash reward.
