ARRESTED: Talerico, Blake Allen (W /M/19) Arrest on chrg of Evading Arrest Or Detention, F (F), at 3500 Seawall, Galveston, TX, on 1/9/2013.

GPD Summary

On 01/09/2013 at approximately 2:31 am Officers stopped a blue Chevy Aveo for a traffic offense in the 4400 block of Ave Q ½. Officers approached the vehicle and identified the driver as Blake Talerico (W/M 05/07/1993). The officer went back to his vehicle to check the subject for warrants. It was at this time that Blake sped away from the scene heading eastbound. The vehicle proceeded down Ave Q ½ and eventually R ½ running stop signs. The vehicle turned South on 37th Street and wrecked into a sign at 37th and Ave S ½. Officers set up a perimeter and spotted Blake running onto the beach. Blake was caught on the sand in the 3500 block. Blake is charged with Evading Arrest in a Vehicle with a bond of $2,000.

GPD Summary

On 01/09/2013 at approximately 9:35 pm Officers stopped a man in the 4000 block of Ave R for Galveston City Ordinance Violations. The subject admitted to have brass knuckles on his person and was detained. A small glass container with a substance that tested positive for PCP was also found in his possession. The man was identified as David Gonzales Jr and charged with POCS PG 2 >=1g<4g with a bond set at $5,000.
