San Antonio police officer Jonathan Esquivel,29, was honored Wednesday January 9, 2013 at Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital.

Esquivel, a six-year San Antonio police veteran, was hit by a truck while working at an accident scene last year and has been recuperating ever since.

Esquivel was honored by Warm Springs with a place on their Wall of Fame.
