GALVESTON, TX - Michelle Slaughter says after several years with a noted Houston law firm she chose to open her own practice - The Slaughter Law Firm, PPLC - so she could become more involved in the Galveston County community where she and her family live. 

Today she sat down with The Police News and explained for our readers, why she is seeking the judgeship of the 405th State District Court.
