Zachary Scott Maloney is a native-born 3rd generation Texan (on his mom's side-his dad got here as quickly as he could!) He is a second-generation Texas Aggie, a former member of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets and Fightin' Texas Aggie Band.  He has resided in Galveston County since 2003.

Zachary holds a Bachelor of Arts in history with a minor in philosophy from Texas A&M and is a graduate of the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in Houston, TX.

Zachary served as a police officer for the City of Bryan, TX, Assistant District Attorney (felony prosecutor) for Atascosa County, TX, a Civil Attorney for a law firm in Alvin, TX, as a solo practitioner, and is the founding partner of the law firm, Maloney and Parks, LLP.

Zachary is married and has three children.  His wife, Angela graduated from Clear Creek High School and holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.  She is a former business owner, freelance graphic designer and online education coordinator, and is currently enjoying her work as a stay-at-home mom and as president of a local Mom's Club organization.

Same goes for me. Live in Brazoria County too, but would vote for Zach if I could. Have seen him in court, and he is very knowledgeable in all areas of the law. He would make an excellent judge.
