Most of us know Phillip Morris as a former Captain of the Galveston Police Department who served as Interium Police Chief upon the retirement of former Chief Kenneth Mack.

While advancing through the ranks of the police department, Phillip Morris spent much of his off duty time in the classroom at the University of Houston where he earned his law degree which lead to his current profession as a practising attorney officing in Friendwood, Texas.

There is a lot more to know about Phillip Morris and we heard about it in this interview while lunching at the 61st Street Diner in Galveston.
