Montgomery County Pct 4 Constable Kenneth "Rowdy" Hayden reports the following events for the period between August 2, 2011 and August 9, 2011:

Patrol

·         Chastity Marie Brandon, 36, of New Caney is charged with state jail felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance and an outstanding county warrant for second-degree Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

On August 4, around 2:45 p.m., Deputy J. Chapa and other Pct. 4 Deputies responded to 21917 Russell Drive in New Caney to serve two felony warrants. One of the warrants was for Brandon. Upon arrival, deputies found Brandon and another woman in the rear of the house conducting a drug transaction in which Brandon was selling Hydrocodone pills to the second woman. Brandon was taken into custody for the original Delivery of a Controlled Substance warrant and charged with the same crime in relation to the deal deputies interrupted.

The party who was the subject of the second warrant was 28-year-old Ronald Lee Hogan, who shares the same address. Hogan was not home when deputies arrived, but was arrested a short time later when Deputy D. Morrow stopped his vehicle en route to that location.

Hogan is charged with a first-degree felony outstanding county warrant for bond forfeiture. Both were eventually transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe where they remain. Hogan's bond is set at $50,000. Brandon's bond totals $30,000.

·         Keith James Welch, 45, of Porter is charged with Public Intoxication.

On August 5, around 10:30 p.m., Cpl. A. Looza and Deputy J. Brown arrested Welch near the intersection of FM 1314 and Commerce St. in Porter where he was sitting on the sidewalk. Welch was obviously intoxicated and admitted having had too much to drink.

·         Kristina Lynne Watson, 33, of Porter is charged with Public Intoxication.

On August 7, around 3:45 a.m., Cpl. A. Looza and Deputy J. Brown arrested Watson at the intersection of FM 1314 and Sorters Road in Porter. Looza and Brown were waiting for a wrecker to tow an SUV at that intersection when they encountered Watson, who was intoxicated and stated the vehicle was hers. They arrested Watson for her own safety and the safety of others.

·         Kendria Senae Lockridge, 27, of Shreveport, Louisiana is charged with state jail felony Possession of Marijuana.

Anthonly Lavon Campbell, 33, of Shreveport, Louisiana is charged with state jail felony Possession of Marijuana and a criminal mischief warrant from Harris County.

Richard Jackson Campbell, 29, of Shreveport, Louisiana is charged with state jail felony Possession of Marijuana and an outstanding Bell County warrant for Driving While License Suspended.

On August 1, around 5:30 p.m., Deputy J. Chapa stopped a white passenger car for a traffic violation and an unrestrained child in the backseat in the 17700 block of US 59. All three adult occupants (two males and one female) exhibited suspicious behavior and Deputy Chapa requested and received consent to search the vehicle. In the trunk he found a suitcase containing 1pound of marijuana which the occupants blamed on one another. All three were arrested and charged with marijuana possession. The two males had one outstanding warrant each from other counties.
