Jimmy Fullen was first elected Constable of Precinct Four in Galveston County in 2008 and is vying for election to a second term in 2012. Fullen has been a Texas Peace Office for almost 25 years having served as Chief of Police of the Galveston Independent School District, Patrol Officer with the Texas City Police Department and in other law enforcement capacities.

We visited with Constable Fullen about his re-election bid and his accomplishments in his first term as Constable.
