On December 1, 2017, Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office were dispatched to an Aggravated Robbery call in the 14100 block of Cypress North Houston.  Arriving deputies met with the complainant, who told them that she had come to this location to meet a male she met on the internet.

The male pulled out a pistol and robbed the complainant of cash and then ordered her to drive him to several other locations.

Constable investigators were able to track information through various internet sites on the suspect and were quickly able to identify the suspect as Kyiri Emanuel Mukes.  Deputies obtained an arrest warrant for the suspect for Aggravated Robbery in this case, and also determined that Mukes currently has another felony warrant out for his arrest for Credit Card Abuse out of the 228th District Court.

“Charges of Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon have been filed against Kyiri Emanuel Mukes in the 228th District Court with a no bond.” If anyone knows the whereabouts of this violent suspect, you are urged to contact law enforcement”. - said Constable Mark Herman.

Mukes, Kyiri Emanuel

Aggravated Robbery

228th District Court

No Bond

The good thing about most criminals is that they are not too intelligent and leave themselves wide open to get arrested. They are coming for you Kyiri, just a matter of time now.
