BAYTOWN, Texas -- A fatal crash in October outraged so many people; now, the families want the community that supported them to know that they are demanding accountability from the City of Baytown.

They are filing a civil suit on Tuesday.

Dash cam video of the chase released by Baytown police shows the fiery crash.

They should be suing the idiots that led the chase obviously. I guess they probably wouldn't get rich that way though.
