In
January 2018, JESUS CORRALES, 17, DAVID ORION DEWEY-HAAGENSEN, 17 and SAMUEL
STEINFELD, 17 were arrested and charged with Aggravated Robbery. A juvenile was
also arrested. The arrests were associated with an attempted robbery on January
27, 2018 in the 1700 block of Lancer Ln. in which the victim was shot in the
face, neck and back with a shotgun.

detectives have spent the last several months investigating the incident.
Forensic analysis along with suspect interviews have revealed that the incident
on Lancer Ln. was the second robbery/shooting committed by the suspects that
day.
Warrants
for Steinfeld, Corrales and Dewey-Haagensen have been issued for the offense of
Aggravated Robbery/Deadly Weapon, which is a first degree felony for a
robbery/shooting that took place in the 2800 block of Saratoga Dr. around 4:30
pm on January 27, 2018. In this incident, the victim’s shoulder was grazed when
a shotgun was fired at him. A warrant will also be issued for the juvenile.
Evidence
reveals the suspects discussed and planned the robberies days in advance,
communicating via apps on their cell phones.
