(Patton Village, TX) - The Patton Village Police Department has chosen Battle Rifle Company to outfit their patrol officers with new rifles.

Located just north of Houston on Highway 59, Patton Village is a quiet bedroom community. The city has a population of around 2,000 residents. The Patton Village Police Department is committed to making sure they stay one step ahead in preparation and protection for the community. As a committed proactive police force, officers will now be armed with Battle Rifle Company BR Trooper rifles.

Lt. Chris Hernandez of the Patton Village Police Department said it best: “We want to be ready for anything.” Hernandez is the patrol commander and trainer for the department.  With more than half a dozen Trooper rifles now in service, the department is prepared to deal with any situation. The officers did an individual officer purchase of the rifles, and they ride in every patrol unit on duty.
