 On 02-12-2018 at 9:01 P.M. Officers responded to the 1500 block of Lamar Ave in regards to a welfare check. Officers made contact with Michael Atteberry (30 YOA male) and Holly Caffey (28 YOA female). Officers found heroin, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia in the room and Atteberry and Caffey were placed under arrest for manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and a misdemeanor charge. (No photo was available for Caffey)

 
 On 02-12-2018 at 11:05 P.M. Officers responded to a complaint of a subject driving while intoxicated in the 10 block of NW 19th. Officers located a vehicle parked on the curb at this location and made contact with the driver, Billy Doyle (38 YOA male). Doyle was found to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest. Due to previous convictions Doyle’s charge was enhanced to a felony offense. 

 
 On 02-12-2018 at 4:59 P.M. Officers responded to a fraud complaint in the 2100 block of S Church. Officers were told that an unknown suspect had placed a credit/debit card skimmer inside a gas pump during the day. The investigation is ongoing.   

 
Paris Police responded to 87 calls for service and arrested 6 persons over the past 24 hours ending at 6:00 A.M. on February 13, 2018.
